Hi Friends,


I have to send photographs with exact Canadian specification to Canadian embassy in NY for PR.I went to CVS,Walgreens etc they just do 2 by 2 for US. passports.

Any body who is moving from US. to Canada, How and where did you get Photographs in US with exact Canadian immigration specificatoin?.

I live near to Boston,US.

Please advise.

You can try scanning the 2x2 photo and use a cropping tool to get the required size and print it yourself (or upload to snapfish to get prints).
 
You can go to a professional photographer who knows how to modify picture size in tools such as Photoshop. I did all my pics at home. I have expensive DSLR camera and a photo printer. All my pictures got accepted except the last batch due to which my PR card delivery also got delayed. I lived in Michigan before moving to Canada. I went to a local professional photographer and they did my pic using regular DSLR camera, modified it per Canadian specifications in Photoshop and printed it to the exact size. All our photos got accepted by CIC. They did charge $40 for 2 pics but it was well worth it.

Please note that CVS, Walgreens or any such stores will NOT do Canadian size pics. Only professional photographers can do it. This suggestion is purely based on my own experience.
