Last minute butterflies .....

I am about to send my application pack to London VO. However, some posts on this forum confused me. I thought we were only required to submit:

for federal skilled worker before June 26, 2010,
mail to the visa office the:
photocopies of the forms you submitted to the CIO, and

However, someone has posted that we need to submit photocopies and another set of newly filled forms.

In any case I do have another problem. I never took the copies of forms I submitted. Rather I, scanned them and saved on my harddisk. However, for some screw up by scanner I have a line in the middle of every page. This means I should refill all the forms keeping all the information as it was before. Unless if something has really changed.
 
Any feedback anyone?
 
just send the forms which have same information you sent to cio either photocopied or printed version or hand written. but if there are changes in any clause/question in the form then you need to fill that particular form only and mention that in a cover letter.

i am also due to send the documents tomorrow,inshALLAH.
My opinion is you must submit three more forms , one is a new checklist
in which another form named,''travel document'' is added and the ''F'' box should also be
ticked. and the third one is declaration form 3,there is a change in it which should be
completed and then send them along with copies of the forms sent to CIO.

one more question. My payment has already been charged. Then why would I have to send the payment form again?

can we send all photocopies of all documnets OR IN ORGINAL FORM ? PLZ GUIDE ME AS I WILL SEND MY DOCUMNENTS NEXT WEEK
 
hi-fi man,
You will notarise all the photocopies and send only Original copies of PCC, work reference letters and your education transcripts in a sealed envelop. please check with your VO checklist for more.
