Photo requirements....help pls

Pls tell me do I have to write Name, DOB & Date photo taken at the back of photographs which I am sending with immigration forms. If yes whether on all (six) of them or only on five as mentioned in FSW immigration guide or should they be left blank....

it depends on your VO and your class, so best is to check the guideline for your specific case - it should be written somewhere. Some Vo require information on the back, some don't.
