Is it reqired to attach the principle applicant's photo on the first page of the application for permanent residence form when applying to CIO? Thx!

Hi, No its not needed. If you have downloaded the application kit from Canadian Immigration`s official website than dont forget to to download document checklist as well as instruction guide. it will give you a clear idea on whats needed. here is the link for forms.

Hi beauhoe,

There is a square on the up-right of the first page of form [IMM 0008]. It reads in the spuare: "Space reserved for applicant's photo"
