Hi,

I am wondering if I can click Passport Photos few days before my oath ceremony? It says photos should be 6 months old and I do not see any issue there. Has anybody done it earlier?

Its obvious if the difference between your Oath date and passport application date is less than 6 months, there is no problem at all.

Its NOT the date between oath and passport application that matters. Its date between clicking the photo and passport application that matters. My Question is IF I am going to apply for passport in say 24-48 hours after my oath, Can I take photograph 4-5 days before Oath ceremony?

May be I was'nt clear enough. If your photograph has date on its back which is under 6 months at the time of applying for passport, you have absolutely no problem at all.

Done photos for passport today at print2go North York location at plaza between subway st and Passport Canada office. It took 15 min and cost only 7 dollars including taxes. Free parking on side streets before 1 pm on Sundays. ;D ;D ;D
