photo for 1.5 year baby

Hi,

Today I took photo for my baby 1.5 yrs, it is by professional photographer for passport.. ear is visible, mouth is closed and eyes are open. Photo is per the guidelines but my baby was about to cry in the photo..

So want to know will that be ok? what is possibility they reject the application for photo for small baby, any advise please?
