Phillipina Live-in-Caregiver traveling to US

Can someone please help. I have a live-in-caregiver from the Philippines and want to bring her to Florida with our family for march break. What paper work does she need. Will she need a visa to go, and if so does any one know how long that takes.

she need to get US visa, book an appointment to go to cALGARY. and she need canada visa for her to comeback here in canada.
