If you aren't yet divorced from the first one, the second one is not your wife.

I can!! get married in the philippines,, already checked into it.

so if we get married in the philippines and she comes back with me to canada
could we encounter any problems??

Yes your marriage won't be recognized in Canada. Once you get divorced you will have to get married again.

How exactly are you going bring her back to Canada with you. She wilI require a visitor visa just to "visit" with you. To "move" to Canada, you will need to sponsor her for PR. Your marital status is going to be an issue with both of these.
