PHD student applied for the PR wants to make his study part time

Hello
Please help me in this issue. Is there any problem if a PHD student who has already applied for the PR under the PHD stream/ skilled worker and got his file number; makes his study part time to go for a full time job ?
I mean are they going to refuse his case because he is no longer a full time PHD student?


Please help me asap.
