Pharmacist / Pharmacy manager - Prospectives?

I have 5 years experience as a Pharmacist and 5 years as a Manager.
Bachelor's in Pharmacy and Master's in Management.
What are my perspectives in Ontario? I will land there in the future. I would like to work in pharma industry for some years, also thinking about giving the exams becoming a pharmacist in Canada (that's my second option).
Any advise for me?
Jobs in demand around there that I should check?
Maybe prepare in some way for some jobs?
It is a little bit strange just to seat and wait...
