So are you saying that my application will be rejected? but the system shows that I am eligible, but it does not give me any points(As Aliii said). I dont need the points, my score is already beyond the cut off score.
You are good to go....

I have 3 years Canadian RA experience as an M.Sc. student. Previously I had 11 month's experience as Lecturer in foreign country. Can I show my RA experience to be eligible? I have 431 points without counting any experience.

It can be used for eligibility under FSW but you will not get points for it. I created a profile and my only work experience was two years as research assistant in Canada during my master's and I was found eligible for FSW by the system but as I said no points under Canadian work experience. I changed my profile later though for other reasons.
I tried to create profile using my 3 years RA experience. After transmitting the profile, it says ineligible? How did you get eligible for FSW?

You might be ineligible for something else (funds, ielts, etc.). All I know is that based on my experience RA in Canada can be used towards the FSW one year work experience requirement but it will not give you any points.

Maybe u are making a mistake filling up the forms at some points. There is no special trick to get the FSW eligibility using RA experience. I created more than 4 EE profile and in all of them I got the eligibility.
Good luck

There was one question related to funds. "How much money will you bring to Canada?". I put 10K there. My IELTS score is: S-7.5 W-7 R-8 L-8.5.

I got 431 without adding my wife's IELTS score.
I am going to try with 16K now.

With 16K Funds, profile is eligible with 431 CRS points. Have you heard anyone getting PR with Canadian RA experience?

No, I'm pretty new, I don't know anybody who got PR through express entry, but should not be a problem.
