Hello guys!

Does anyone know what do cic means by "eligible credential" in the following statement:

"an eligible credential from a university-level program at the doctoral level' which is worth 30 points.

More specifically does it mean that one should complete the phd to get the points?

In my case, i have completed 3 years of full time studies at a Canadian university and I still need one year to get the degree. Do I get any points for these years?

Thank you!

No. You have to complete your degree to get points for education.
