Hey

My girlfriend finished her course this 2 months ago and has to wait 6 weeks for her letter of completion from school. She has the transcript but I saw in the online application she needs both to apply. Is there anything she can do? She is not currently working but has a job offer she really wants. Can she start working since her study permit is still valid until November

You can work part time until confirmation of graduation, then you have to stop working until you apply for pgwp then you can work full time.
