I will be graduating from my program on December 12. I understand that I need to apply for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) within 180 days after graduation. My English proficiency test is scheduled for January 1, and I plan to submit my PGWP application around January 15.

My question is: Am I allowed to work full-time between my graduation date (December 12) and when I submit my PGWP application (January 15)? If so, what are the specific conditions I need to meet to ensure that I can work full-time during this period?

You cannot work between your graduation date and your PGWP application submission date. If you did, it would be considered illegal work. Also, to be able to work full-time after applying for PGWP, the PGWP application must be made after you graduate but before your study permit expires.

Note: This is not legal advice

No. You can only work once your PGWP application is submitted.
