Hi, I have just applied for PGWP before the expiration date of my study permit. I have also noticed that PGWP now required more than 100 days to processing. I am wondering if am still eligible to stay in Canada to wait for my PGWP even with my study permit expires for 90 days.

Thank you!!

Yes, you are eligible to stay in Canada. You are on "Maintained" Status at the moment.

Dear Members,
I travelled to India after my Post Grad work permit approval. Can I travel back to Canada with a multiple entry Visitor visa? or Do I need to apply for separate TRV for work purpose?
Thanks

I applied for my 3 years PGWP on March 11th, 2024. I received a correspondence letter on March 21st, Any idea on when can I expect my PGWP approval? My Study permit is expiring on March 31st, 2024
