I'm not aware of any career colleges changing status as it relates to PGWPs over the last few years. (Career colleges generally do not qualify for PGWPs.) I expect this school / program did not qualify for a PGWP back in 2019 either.

Anyway, what's done is done. You can't go back in time. At this point it really doesn't matter what went wrong.

Good luck in whatever you decide to do next. Tough situation.

Naming the school will help us to 100% confirm that this school does not qualify for a PGWP.

I think it's important to do that rather than relying on the school. This needs to be checked against the IRCC official list.

Many private colleges mislead students into believing they are PGWP eligible. As said, schools can't just lose status. There are investigations and then the license is revoked. Your school must never have been PGWP eligible but told you so or you never checked. Google "DLI schools" and check the database. All the best.
