Hi, I have done 1 year (3 semesters) + 1 year (2 semesters) programs in Ontario. As per the new rules of PGWP updated on 14 feb this year, i am little confused whether i will get 20 months of work permit or 2 years of work permit or 3 years of work permit. Please assist...

As per the Canadian academics you have done programs of 1 year each (5 semesters totally) and the final certificate awarded will be of 1 year duration each.....so you will get 2 years of PGWP. It all depends on the certificate awarded finally( whether year or credits are considered and depends on VO in most of the cases)

No one really knows yet it seems since the rules are so new, did your second program not have a break in between?
Because break time also counts as part of the program.

It looks like you should get 20 months since it didn't reach 2 years of duration.
