On what basis the work permit is granted ( credit or course duration).

1. I got an admit into Alberta university but it is stated in my offer letter like, I can finish the course in minimum of 9 months and max of 3years. So, can I finish the course as I wish because I would like to do the course in 2y duration so that I can get 3y pgwp.
2. Aslo, the total credits of my course is 24.

Maybe for (1) just saying but maybe ask the university to clarify their statement given they are providing the opportunity. The important thing is when you graduate that the uni provides you with a completion that indicates the proposed length of the degree as being 2 or more years to get a PGWP of upto 3 years.
