Folks I graduated in June 2017 and I didn't apply for PGWP. Can I apply for it now or it's too late to do so? Please I need your feedback.

Too late as you needed to apply within 90 days of confirmation that you completed your program.

I wanted to do another program but upon second thought I just stopped.

It’s rather unfortunate you went through all these hustle. My advise for you now is to try and apply for the express entry or the provincial Nominee program. You can Consider Saskatchewan or any of the Atlantic provinces.
