Hello everyone
Anyone knows the processing time for "under reconsideration" pgwp file. They refused my file because of $100 but I had paid for open work permit on same day when I got an email from CIC. So now they re-open my file. My study permit expires on 31 March. It's been 11 months I am waiting for my Pgwp. I applied for work permit last year may 2015 and I got an email to pay extra $100 for open work permit on 26 November 2015.
Then I called CIC in December they told me my file is refused because I don't pay $100.
But I don't recieve refusal letter from them and my status on "mycic" is still OPEN.
What should I do now?
