Hi, thank for your explanation, i just have one more question is if while waiting for my approval to PGWP, and my study permit and student visa will expire 30 September this year, should I apply to extend studypermit or change to visitor visa, Im not sure about this situation?

I'm not expert here but in my case I considered myself in "implied status" given that I submitted my application before my permit expires however I think I read somewhere that there was a guidance issued by IRCC recently regarding two applications made before your current permit expires. I can't find the link but I will post it here once I see it.
