Hi, please advise for this kind of situation :
Completed PG Dip study in Ontario for 1 year, and straightly applied a PGWP and got 1 year of PGWP. I got a job after 3 months with my PGWP visa, which means I only obtained 9 months of work experience. My current employee couldn't give me a LMO, because my status is a contractor, not a permanent employee.

What should I do? I couldn't apply under CEC because my experience is not enough, and I couldn't apply under bridging work permit as well because I haven't apply a CEC program.

Please helpp! Thank you

Find a new employer who is able to get an LMO. Once you have completed an additional 3 months of qualifying work experience, you'll be able to apply for CEC.

Seems at the first time I should find a job that could offer me a permanent position.
Does by applying Federal Skill Worker or PNP option could help this situation?

hi
i was in same situation ,but i found an employer who applied for lmo.So first try to find an employer. If your occupation is in new fsw list then you can apply and you dont get AOR before your pgwp expires, then only you cant work or get new work permit. So before pgwp expiry apply for fsw or find an employer. Now LMO processing takes atleast 2months
thanks
