PGWP TEER 4 to PR

Hi,

i came to Canada in 2017 as a student for algonquin college in ottawa. In 2021, i graduated in a 3 year advance diploma in business administration and i have worked only in customer service.

i am currently on a PGWP and i want to apply for a PR. i currently work as a bilingual facility service coordinator for BGIS and i believe it is a TEER 4

please advise what are my options

TEER 4 is not eligible for PR through Express Entry. You would have to look to see if the job is eligible through a PNP program with the employer supporting your nomination.

Are you still in Ontario? If so, then you either want to secure a new job that's TEER 3 or higher - or move to a different province that has streams supporting TEER 4 roles. I think your options if you remain in Ontario as a TEER 4 worker are very very limited.
