I am wondering about the scores for PGWP under CEC. I am applying aswell and I am only getting a score of around 430 at best.
To me higher score than 450 for PGWP do not add up.

At most we will have around a year of canadian work experience, good IELTS score, 110 for age, 4 year undergrad degree.

I am loosing out alot for foreign work experience under transferability of skills, cause I just graduated like a year ago.

Can anyone shed light how they get into a range of 450-500+ for recent candian graduates on PGWP?

I am getting 474 because i have a masters degree and one year foreign experience

Another question: I know that for CEC you need continuous full time work after your graduation, but I have worked for 16 months under an internship program during university. How can I use my internship work experience to get points under EE?

@Alimoh Internship work doesn't count in CRS

I am 412, bachelor degree, 1 year experience so far, didn't max out on IELTS

Thats more realistic... I am probably going to be the same. Havn't taken IELTS yet so my score was based off of wishful thinking.

Man, lots of people out there with Masters and maxed out on language test. 450+ is perfectly possible

469 here. Max points for age, Canadian undergraduate degree, 2.5 years of work experience, IELTS band 8.5. Could have added another 50 with my foreign work experience, but did not list it as getting the supporting documentation would be next to impossible.

Is there any separate draw for CEC applicants in Express Entry?
If so, most of CEC applicant scores are at the range of 390 to 470,

I think better for PGWP guys to go via PNP route...and its easy to get it

I keep asking myself the same question... Wasn't 100% sure on whether I would stay in Canada, and when I did apply under the old program I just missed the quota. I do qualify for the Young Professionals program and my PGWP expires in late June, so I'm sure things will work out. However, I'm a bit annoyed by the current state of EE and how the ranking system works.
