PGWP rejected 1 part-time semester

So I applied for PGWP (Post-graduate Work Permit) on June 2020 right after my graduation and only recently got back from them immediately rejected on the 20th of July 2021 without asking for more explanation. Reason for rejection were specified as I was a part-time during Fall 2018 semester which I only took 1 course. I only took 1 course because I was not in the right place mentally as my grades were dropping until which I focus on healing myself mentally during fall 2018 to wind down and as such got better grades after. What are my next steps and options? Is there a way for me to get PGWP? Thanks so much in advance for taking your time to read and I appreciate any help .

Did you submit any explanation letter in your application? Did you inform your school about your mental health and ask for their help? Did you see any doctor in regard of your mental health?
I've seen people got their PGWP with a part-time semester but they had documents for doctors, from university to prove that the health condition was real and recognized. If you took a part-time semester without noticing your university and you have no document about medical appointment during that time, I guess you were refused correctly. In that case, there is not much you can do. You can go talk to an immigration lawyer, but the chance is slim without any proven written support.

Ok so you're no longer eligible for a pgwp due to your part time semester. That's clear. So I don't think you can get a pgep anymore
