Hi,

I graduated at the end of May 2019, and my study permit is valid until Dec. 31, 2019. I was refused my PGWP in September because a transcript was requested and I uploaded, but did not submit, the transcript. So, it never actually reached immigration services and my permit was refused. Due to the new rules (Feb. 2019), I have 180 days from graduating to apply for a PGWP. So, on September 30, I re-applied. My questions are:

1. Am I still allowed to work in Canada under the conditions that I hold a valid study visa and have submitted an application for a pgwp, despite the fact that I was refused the first time?

2. I assumed I was allowed to work due to the stipulations, and I did get a job for about 2 weeks in October. Do I need to update my application to list this employment on my application?

3. My SIN expires December 31 with my study permit. I do not expect my PGWP to be reviewed until the end of January, so I will be on implied status. What happens if I have a job during this time? I can't have a job without a valid SIN, right?

This is all incredibly stressful and thanks in advance to everyone who offers their help.

You can work with expired SIN dont know about the rest. Did the refusal not contain any info about your status or what to do?
