PGWP Refused, My study permit expires December 30, 2019.

Hello,

My PGWP was refused due to a gap on my transcript (Winter 2019). I did my work placement during the winter term but due to late registration It is listed under summer 2019 but still approved. So there was no record for winter 2019 term on my transcript therefore it is refused and I did not know about this and now I have a letter from the college explaining the gap and I was told that I can provide the documents and get my PGWP. How can I go about doing this?

Do you mean that I have to apply again like the first time I did? Nothing special except for the documents that explains the gap right?

Can anyone else confirm that I just have to reapply for PGWP? Also, now they ask for biometrics as well. Do I give my biometrics after the application or how does it work?

I am told that I will have to just reapply with the documents that supports that I was a continuous student since my study permit hasn't expired yet.
