So you were rightly refused because you didn't submit the language test so no error in law. All you can do is wait to see if they reopen your file. If haven't heard or gotten update from webform after 30 days then call IRCC. Did you get acknowledgement that your webform was submitted?

Yes I got acknowledged on that, and it said that they have attached my doc to original file
Did you get any response for the reconsideration or got your application approvedyea I've already done that. I sent one myself and another through MP. Hope the officer reopens the file
Is there any update yet. Did it get approved I made the same mistake as well. Please if anyone is aware about it please do let me know.
Update on my PGWP refusal due to missing language test results:
MY PGWP GOT APPROVED THROUGH RECONSIDERATION AFTER ALMOST 3.5 MONTHS.
I restored my status as a student eventhough I passed 180 day time period. I also restored my status as a visitor. Got refusal on my study permit, and within 2 days I received an update on my pgwp status and got approval on my reconsideration request. DON'T LOOSE HOPE ON RECONSIDERATION. IRCC is now giving many many approvals on reconsideration of the files that were refused due to missing language test results.
