PGWP refused alberta urget

Hi friends
Last week my friend's PGWP application got rejected. He has done 2 yrs diploma in april 2015
He had applied for PGWP in May 2015. In September cic requested additional fee of 100 dollars.
Then its problem in uploading tge fee reciept. Now last week his work permit got rejected. Reason stated not paid fee.
Can somebody plz help???

Hello, so do you mean that your friend made the payment for extra 100$ at that time but failed to upload the fee receipt?

What about asking your friend to call CIC next morning and explain the situation, OR/ ask him to go to raise a case specific enquiry form and upload the receipt with the explanation of the situation? There are things he can try.
