Hello everyone. I am a master student and I have completed my two years program. I was a part time student in my first semester (fall) and had 10 credits. It was due to scheduling conflict and unavailable classes and a lot of professors were on sabbatical and as a master student I can only take 500+ level courses and for all of the courses that were "off the list of available courses" I did not have the prerequisites.

After that all three semesters were full time and I complete everything on time.

Am I not eligible for PGWP because of this situation that is actually not my fault? Can I attach a special letter in the application explaining the situation?

pgwp only has problem if ur not a full time student for the last two sems . if u qualify for pgwp then u being parttime in first sem is not going to make any difference.

I have a similar problem but my part-time semester will be the last one..

From what I have read, you are allowed to be a part-time student in your last term/semester.
