PGWP process and requirements

Good morning everyone.
Please i would appreciate a any information on how to apply for PGWP process.
My wife is currently on full time study permit in Ontario, and would be concluding her studies in Aug, 2022, consequently her Study Permit will expire in Sept. 2022.
Having concluded a 2-year study program, I understand she is eligible to apply for a 3 year PGWP.
I would therefore appreciate any information, tips and guidance on how to go about the application process, i.e.
1). When to send to send in/commence the application considering the expiration date of the Study Permit.
2). How to apply.
3). What are the basic requirement
4). Any other useful information.

Once your wife completes her program requirements, she can ask the university for "Degree Completion" letter. That is necessary to communicate to the Visa Officer and Immigration department that your wife completed her program requirements and got all the credits to graduate. The second thing she needs is her official/unofficial transcripts.

She needs to upload these two documents along with the application form for the PGWP and other required things using GCKey. She can do this as soon as she has both the documents in Aug 2022, before her study permit expires. That isn't a problem, since she will be in implied status following that.
