PGWP PLEASE REPLY

HI guys

I am in Masters Meng course in Uni of Toronto the course has 10 courses of 30 credits(if converted to credit per hour basis I believe). Students choose course length it can be full time 1 year or full time extended 2 years(4 semesters), I choose the extended option so my official course length is 2 years. Now for PGWP how many years will I get...CIC website says for a course of 2 years or more you may get 3 year PGWP so will this be valid for my case as well or no. of credits will make it shorter. There is no information on pgwp depending on credits so it is damn confusing.

I'm guessing it depends on the official length of your program. If UFT states your program length as 2 years in their school letter, then you will get a 3 year work permit.

yup definitely for extended route the program length is two years but I am just unsure if credits will play any role in it.....

It will be 1 year PGWP. 15 credits are standard for one semester.

What about the course length

Doesn't matter. Duration is based on total credits you complete per semester. If you are finishing 1 year of course in 2 years, don't expect 3 years of PGWP.
