Try asking for your employer for assistance if they value your work last few months, They might be willing yo get you an LMIA which should help you gather that 50 points on your PGWP also.

Depending how long person has been working then employer has to restart the hiring process and repost the job.

I checked with my employer - they said they will get back. Hopefully, it's not a tedious process (fingers crossed)
