Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has been successfully working in a bank or any financial services while working for their PGWP? My HR just called and they are still checking if I can work in their firm without my work permit. Hoping for your inputs, thanks!

So you are waiting for your PGWP approval. When did you apply? When did you graduate? Did you meet eligibility requirements to work while waiting for PGWP?
You have 180 days after you get your final marks to apply for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP).
To be eligible, your study permit must have been valid at some point during these 180 days.

Yup, I met all requirements and I applied a month after receiving my marks. My student permit was also valid that time.
