Hi, I have a valid PGWP till 2023 and I got a job offer as an Engineering co-op student. I have been working there for the last 4 months, I don't think it's a logical idea to include this experience for my Express entry CEC application but I was wondering if this will cause me immigration issues if my wife wants to sponsor me to get the PR or if it causes any general problem for me? Thank you.

Thank you @scylla Someone told me that it's illegal to work as a Coop engineering student using a PGWP so this is why I was concerned...What do you suggest?

Thank you @scylla ! I have a concern that might be useful to ask you about. I have been told that employers receive funding from government to hire Coop students. And since I will be filling tax forms/docs (like TD1 form - it has a section for tuition fees ), this might show the government (cra or service canada), that I am not a student anymore. I am not sure that my employer did me a favor to hire me, what do you suggest? I have heard that some PGWP holders work as coop students but I don't know their situation now. I know that I can work any job as a PGWP holder, but I am concerned about the tax issue.
