PGWP expiring three weeks after 1 year work requirement

I received a 1 year PGWP, valid until Feb 23, 2022. By Jan 31, 2022 I will have 1 year work experience and can apply for CEC. I would have a CRS score of 516, would I be able to receive an ITA and apply for a Bridge Work Permit, or would I have to restore my status to a visitor and stop working?

It depends when you receive ITA and how quickly you can submit your application.

To qualify for a BOWP, you must have received ITA and submitted your complete application - and your PGWP must still be valid.

So it depends on the timing of the draw and your ability to submit a complete application almost immediately after ITA.

Sure - you can do that. Or you can simply apply to change your status to visitor when your work permit is close to expiring. Then there will be no need to restore your status. You'll just need to stop working once your PGWP expires.
