Hey, I have a question regarding, if I am eligible for my PGWP or not. I just completed my course this week and I had taken the last 2 semesters as a part-time student. I was having 3 courses in my second last semester and failed one of them and I took one more semester with that failed subject and now finally I am graduated from my college. I am having 1 extra semester as a part-time student( as the last semester is accepted). Many of my friends suggested that it is okay and I just need to add LOE to my file. But I am still confused, If anyone can help me out here, It will be appreciated.
Thanks.

To qualify for a PGWP, you need to be a full time student throughout your studies, apart from the last semester. Two part time semesters definitely puts you at risk of refusal. Technically you don't meet the requirements. Definitely include and LOE and then hope for the best. Be prepared for the possibility the end result will be a refusal. Unfortunately that's a real possibility. Good luck.

Is there any way, like special details to be noted in LOE that can help me to at least get more help for this situation like my 1st part-time semester was with 9 credits which is almost a full-time course. My college needs 4 courses and I was doing 3 courses already.

I don't know. You may want to get advice from a lawyer.

You can also read through the posts in the International Students section of the forum. That's where you'll find any discussions on this topic. Not in this section.
