PGWP duration for graduating before 2 years

Hi,

The Masters program I am doing is of 2 years (4 semesters) and as per tule I am supposed to get PGWP for 3 years after study.
But, can anyone tell me whether if I complete my study in 3 semesters, I will still get the PGWP for 3 years as the program is of 2 years or it will come down to the duration of my study i.e. 16 months?

As long as your university states that it is a two years program on the graduation document that you will be submitting for your PGWP , you will get your 3 years work permit. In case you don't receive it for 3 years you can reapply through your school and get it extended.
