Hey guys. I currently have an offer letter from Western University for masters degree in a 1 year program. I have no prior experience. So after my degree I will be getting a 1 year pgwp. What if I find a full time job a few months before my PGWP expires? Will I be allowed tol stay in canada? what options do i have?

If your aim is to get PR, then it's a bad plan to only take a 1 year program since you will only qualify for a 1 year PGWP. Once your PGWP expires, you will need to stop working. In order to continue working, you need to secure a job offer and approved LMIA from an employer in Canada. Most employers are not willing to go through the LMIA process so this is very difficult to do.

If your aim is to get PR, you should study for 2 years (either one 2 year program or two 1 year programs) so that you qualify for a three year PGWP.
