I started my studies in jan 2015 and was supposed to graduate in August 2016 but I failed some courses and because of the availability of courses I took 2 courses(7 credits) in fall 2016 2 courses in summer 2017 and 5 in fall 2017 I dont in my last term I was full time or not. Just want to know that what are the chances for me to get a PGWP also many of my friends with same scenario as of me got their permits but recently one guy with 3 part time semesters got refused..
