PGWP approved - How to apply for Spouse and Child

Hi People,
I am currently under PGWP work permit with NOC B job. To bring my family I know i need to apply for Spouse Open Work Permit for my wife. I have 2 children one is age 8 and the other is age 4. In which category I need to apply for my children?. When I submit my wife's SOWP I need to submit my children's Visa too. Please guide me anyone who already applied for SOWP and child visa
