Pgwp approved and need to renew trv as it has expired

Hi I was approved for pgwp in may 25th and now I need to apply for new trv as mine has expired in March. After I applied, I recieved from ircc after a month that my application is cancelled because its not the right application. Can someone help me finding the right application to apply for as I tried to call ircc but due to high volume of calls they are not responding.

You don’t renew, you apply for new one. Assume you are inside Canada.

You probably applied for a TRV extension and not a new TRV. You need to apply for a brand new TRV.
