Hello All,
Here in Canada I am an international student and in my last sem I got failed in one of the course and I did that course as a part time student, after I have completed that with good grades, will it effect my PGWP? Could someone explain about it?

If you were only part-time for your last semester and full-time through the rest of the program, you should be okay.
