PGWP application clarification

Hi,
I hope everyone here is having a wonderful holiday.
In the IRCC website it says I have to cease working as soon as I receive my final transcript OR diploma OR letter of completion but knowing my college, it will probably take them eons just to issue a copy of the letter forcing me to stop working abruptly and I can't afford that. My question is can I continue working part-time while waiting for the letter of completion even after receiving the official transcript?

Hi, Just now I have completed my one year course, and now I am thinking to take another course in May.
But I am worried about does it affect my work permit, for the 3 years.

Yes it does. You will only get a one year PGWP.

you'll need to apply PGWP as soon as you receive completion letter& transcript. To answer your question, you can not. and it is not about "you cant afford that", it is compliance.
