Sounds like the package was delivered to a Canada post office, I could be wrong. Maybe their office was closed when they tried delivering it?
If I were you I'd call Canada Post to inquire what's going on and why wasn't it delivered to the address.

I got the update later that it was delivered on January 11-2020 as of the weekend it was delayed. Now waiting for the Approve status, stamped & return tracker to be activated. Do you have any idea how much time does it takes after the Passport gets delivered to Ottawa?? Any help wld be appreciated!

Hey Guys i have applied for my TRV application on April 16 . I got my correspondence letter on May 7 and On May 13 i just got this information letter from ircc saying
“Thank you for contacting our office. Please note that your request is currently under review and there is no further action required at this time.
Unfortunately, nothing can be done to expedite your application, and there is no guarantee of how long itwill take to finalize your application.
Thank you for the interest you have shown in Canada.” Does anyone else ever got this information letter in the gckey from ircc ? I don’t know what does it means and how long would it take from here on to get the PPR approved . I have to travel to india urgently due to medical reasons can anyone help please what does this letter means?

I submitted my passport to CPC-Ottawa for stamping on Thursday, January 07 via Canada Expresspost.

Today I just checked the Tracking ID it's showing me that the ''Package is Reached Ottawa'' & ''Ready for Pick-up''.

So i'm just worried that do i have to inform CPC-Ottawa for pick-up or how would they come to knw?? Or have I done any mistakes while sending???

Pls help & let me knw if there's anything to be done or is it right? Thanks in advance!

Hey, how did it go? I have the same issue. I sent my passport to IRCC for a TRV stamp via Canada Post, and today I noticed the tracking shows:

• "Item redirected to recipient's new address"
• then "Item available for pick up" in Ottawa.

Will CPC-Ottawa pick it up themselves, or is this something I need to do? Has anyone experienced the same situation? Should I just wait?

Any input would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
