I recently got my PGWP and this is my second week at a NOC A occupation. My spouse is here on an open work permit which was given based on my study permit. Both of our Visas and my spouse's open work permit expires on March 2020.
Based on CIC I found that in order to apply for spousal open work permit, I will need to provide a confirmation of NOC occupation letter, copy of my PGWP, and recent pay slips (How many pay slips?).
My question is do my spouse need to apply for visa first or work permit first? We need to get our visas ASAP, hopefully by March as we need to travel in April and will need passport..
Can someone kindly confirm if I need any other documents if I want to flag pole for my spouse's work permit?
