PGWP and family

I will apply for PGWP. Mi husband has a valid work permit (exp march 31, 2017) and my kids have study permit. Same date.

Can we apply together? I mean PGWP for me and renew the work permit for my husband and studies permit for my kids?

For a spouse work permit linked to a PGWP you cannot apply until you have a job classified as 0,A or B. See here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/students/post-grad.asp

I don't know why. But as explained, your husband cannot extend his open work permit until you have a NOC A, B or 0 job, have started that job and can provide a few pay slips to show evidence. If he applies for an extension before you have a job that meet the requirements, his extension will be refused.
