PGWP after part time studies

It's the requirements to qualify for a PGWP. To qualify for a PGWP, your studies must be full time. Part time studies are only accepted if you are part time in your very last semester. If you were part time for three semesters, your PGWP is going to be refused.
I got my tax form recently stating i was part time from sept to december 2019 as i was taking one course but at that time i was also on my coop work term and i am in my final semester now will this affect my pgwp application?

I was bit baffled as i was told that if i am taking a course while being on work term I’ll be full time student and then this tax form came so.

Hello, were you able to get the PGWP? I also have 3 part time semesters.... if you got it, did you attach letter of explanation? Can you give me some idea of what to write in it?
