Hi all,
I've received a request letter regarding my application and it states
"Application IMM5710: A completed Application to Change Conditions, Extend My Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker (IMM5710). Due to a technical error the application form you have submitted can’t be opened. Please upload a scanned and signed application form."
I've filled out the form again and ready to submit it however, I have two questions.
1. When I had initally submitted the application in January, I had the residence day set to the end of march as that is when my study permit was expiring, however, it's already expired, and I have been waiting on implied status, should I put 1 day greater than todays date as the PDF only allows me to put in a date greater thna todays date?
2. Should I print this out, scan it and then send it? Or send it how you would normally send an electronic application.

It's explicity stated above not to hand sign documents but the e-mail from the visa officer says otherwise.
Thanks.
