I am new to this forum. I am a sponsor for my parents and they have included my brother in the application. Should I click the box which says the dependent does not meet the definition of a dependent or a member of a family class as it relates to PGP program who will sign the form is it the principal applicant or sponsor? Has anyone faced the same situation. Kindly help and advise. Thank you!
